Because marketplace APIs enforce rate limits. Amazon’s SP-API publishes usage plans that cap how often an application may call each endpoint, so an agent that hammered the API continuously would simply be throttled. We set polling frequency per task — prices and stock more often, settlement data less — so the important signals arrive early without burning your quota.

Automation work is quoted per project — we do not publish a rate, because the price is driven by how many processes are in scope, how many platforms and internal systems the agents have to reach, and whether you want us on support afterwards.
