What exactly does the 3-month support include?

For the full 3 months we monitor sales and administer the store’s advertising, plus provide technical support for any issues.

The main goal of this period is to train your staff or manager so you can run the project autonomously and professionally — without us.

What is the end result of the service?

A fully working marketplace store with the agreed product range, ads and promotions running, and first sales coming in.

Then — 3 months of ad adjustments, training, and support for your team.

Will you deliver on schedule?

Our part — yes. But some timelines depend on the seller or third parties: late product delivery, late content, a non-working bank account, shipping from China or Ukraine.

If delays come from the seller’s side, we don’t charge any extra fees.

What documents do I need to sell from Ukraine? (shipping from Ukraine)

An LLC (TOV) or sole trader (FOP) with KVED 47.91 registered. For selling on Allegro specifically, a foreign-trade KVED is not required for FOP; for TOV it is recommended.

An open bank account and a Payoneer business account.

What documents do I need to sell from Poland? (shipping from Poland)

A Spółka (LLC) or jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza (sole proprietorship). An open account in a Polish bank. Valid NIP and REGON.

For imports — VAT status and an EORI number, plus product certificates for customs clearance where required.
