AI automation and custom software for marketplace sellers

SellerUp is a software agency for marketplace sellers. Two lines of work: engineering — AI automation, AI agents and custom software built into your Amazon and Allegro operations. And marketplace services — launch, product analytics and training on Allegro.

Start with the role that hurts most. Add agents when the value is obvious.

Engineering & automation

Systems we build around your business — and the training to run them yourselves. Not a SaaS subscription.

Consulting & Training

We teach you to build AI automation, agents and analytics yourself — an in-house team, or you personally.

Marketplace services on Allegro

Hands-on operational work on Allegro.pl: turnkey launch, niche analytics, consulting and training.

Custom automation vs SaaS, an agency, or an in-house hire

Four honest ways to solve the same problem. SellerUp is one of them — and not always the right one.

How custom automation from SellerUp compares with off-the-shelf SaaS, a generalist dev agency and an in-house hire, across setup time, cost shape, process fit, data ownership and maintenance.
What you are comparing Off-the-shelf SaaSGeneralist dev agencyIn-house hireSellerUp
Setup time Same day — sign up and connect an account2–6 months, plus time spent teaching them the marketplace1–3 months to hire, then months to ramp upFirst working piece in weeks; full build in 2–4 months
Cost shape Monthly subscription per seat or per orderProject fee, usually higher because marketplace context is billed as discoverySalary, taxes and equipment — permanentProject fee, then optional support; no per-seat licence
Fits your process You adapt your process to the toolFits what you specified — marketplace edge cases usually surface lateFits exactly, at the speed one person can buildBuilt around your operations; we already know the marketplace edge cases
Data ownership Your data lives in the vendor’s accountUsually yours — confirm it in the contractYoursYours: code and data run on your infrastructure
Who maintains it The vendor — including changes you did not ask forUsually a separate retainerThe same person, alongside their other workWe support it, or we hand it over with documentation and training
When it breaks down When the last 30% of your process is the part that makes you moneyWhen marketplace APIs and fee logic turn out to be the hard partWhen that person leavesWhen the task is genuinely standard — then a subscription is cheaper

SellerUp is the wrong choice if you need a fix this week, or if an off-the-shelf tool already covers your process end to end. In those cases buy the SaaS — we will say so on the call.

FAQ: choosing a service

Which service do I need if I already sell and just want fewer manual hours?

Turnkey AI automation, and within it the agents track. We map where the hours go — listings, prices, stock, ads, reports — and automate the repetitive part first.

If the problem is that the numbers themselves are unreliable, we start with the analytics track of the same service instead: automation built on bad data automates the mistake.

Can we start small instead of committing to a full build?

Yes, and most engagements do. The usual starting point is a strategy session or a process and data audit, which ends in a written automation plan you can execute with us or without us. From there we cut the work into a first piece that lands in weeks, so you see something running before the larger commitment.

Which marketplaces do you work with?

Amazon is the core. Allegro is second, with a dedicated service line for the Polish market covering launch, analytics and training. We also build integrations for Kaufland, Castorama, Leroy Merlin, eMAG, Bol and other European platforms. If a platform publishes a usable API we can build against it; if it does not, we say so before you commit.

How long does a project take, and what does it cost?

The two fixed-price Allegro services are published: turnkey launch from $2,500 and product analytics from $900.

Engineering work is quoted per project. A first working piece usually lands in weeks and a full build in two to four months. Describe the task and we come back with a range within one business day.

Do you work with sellers outside Poland and Ukraine?

Yes. The engineering work — AI automation, custom software and analytics — is location-independent, and we work with sellers across the EU. The hands-on Allegro launch service is specific to the Polish market, with optional expansion to allegro.cz for Czechia and Slovakia. Everything else is delivered remotely.
